基于OBE理念的细胞工程混合式一流课程建设与实践

摘要 结合河北农业大学生物技术专业细胞工程线上、线下混合式一流本科课程以及优质专创融合课程建设的实践,基于以学生为中心、以成果产出为导向的OBE理念,将BOPPPS模式应用于细胞工程课程混合式教学环节,融科技前沿与技术创新于课程教学体系,打造“线下线上融合、以研促学、以践促学”的“一融二促”教学新环境,培养具有“科学精神、创新意识、家国情怀”的复合应用型、学术型生物类高素质人才,探索适合地方农业院校生物技术专业的教学新模式。 Based on the practice of constructing high-quality specialized and creative integrated courses,combined with the online and offline hybrid first-class undergraduate courses of Cell Engineering in the Biotechnology major of Hebei Agricultural University,and the OBE concept of student-centered and outcome oriented,the BOPPPS model is applied to the mixed teaching process of Cell Engineering courses.The model integrates cutting-edge technology and technological innovation into the curriculum teaching system,to create a new teaching environment of“one integration and two promotions”which integrates offline and online,promotes learning through research,and promotes learning through practice so as to cultivate high-quality applied and academic biology talents with“scientific spirit,innovative consciousness,and patriotism”,and to explore new teaching models suitable for biotechnology majors in local agricultural colleges.
