摘要
目前,在房屋建筑工程的施工过程中,房屋渗水和漏水现象是对房屋质量产生重要影响的因素之一。因此,加强对房建工程质量控制是非常必要的。本文以某项目为例,对房建工程施工中出现渗漏的原因进行了分析,并提供切实有效的防渗优化措施。
At present,in the construction process of housing projects,the phenomenon of water seepage and leakage in residential buildings is one of the important factors that have a significant impact on the housing quality.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the quality control of housing construction projects.This article takes a certain project as an example to analyze the causes of leakage during the construction of housing engineering,and provides practical and effective anti-seepage optimization measures.
