产科临床中无痛分娩技术对初产妇心理的影响分析

Analysis of the Psychological Impact of Painless Delivery Techniques on Primiparous Women in Obstetric Clinical Practice

探究产科临床中无痛分娩技术对初产妇心理的影响。选取2022年3月—2023年3月于安徽医科大学第一附属医院接受治疗的80例即将分娩的产妇作为研究对象,根据抽样法将产妇分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对比两组产妇疼痛分娩情况、SAS、SDS评分情况及产妇满意度情况,最终完成产科临床中无痛分娩技术对初产妇心理的影响分析探讨。结果显示,两组产妇疼痛分娩、SAS评分、SDS评分、满意度等情况对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,产科无痛分娩技术不仅对产妇心理具有积极影响,而且对产妇身体也具有积极影响,可降低产妇SAS评分及SDS评分,提高产妇满意度,缓解产妇焦虑、急躁等心理情绪,提高顺产成功率,可推广并应用至临床当中。

Exploring the impact of painless delivery techniques on the psychology of primiparous women in obstetric clinical practice.Eighty expectant mothers who were about to give birth and were treated at the First Affliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the sampling method,the mothers were divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The pain delivery situation,SAS,SDS scores,and maternal satisfaction of the two groups of mothers were compared,and the analysis and exploration of the impact of painless delivery technology on the psychology of primiparous women in obstetric clinical practice were ultimately completed.The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in pain delivery,SAS score,SDS score,and satisfaction between the two groups of postpartum women(P<0.05).Research has found that painless obstetric delivery technology not only has a positive impact on the psychology of postpartum women,but also has a positive impact on their physical health.It can reduce the SAS and SDS scores of postpartum women,improve their satisfaction,alleviate their anxiety,impatience,and other psychological emotions,and improve the success rate of natural childbirth.It can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
