基于现象学分析法的健康教育对前列腺癌手术患者心理困扰、遵医行为依从性、性功能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of health education based on phenomenological analysis on psychological distress,medical behavior compliance and sexual function of patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery

摘要 目的 探究基于现象学分析法的健康教育对前列腺癌手术患者心理困扰、遵医行为依从性、性功能的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年1月期间义乌復元第一医院(杭州医学院附属义乌医院)、义乌復元私立医院收治的86例前列腺癌手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采取常规健康教育方案,观察组采取基于现象学分析法的健康教育方案。比较两组患者的认知程度、心理弹性、心理困扰程度、遵医行为依从性以及性功能。结果 干预后观察组的认知程度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的中重度心理困扰发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医行为依从性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组国际勃起功能指数问卷表-5(IIEF-5)、性生活质量调查量表(SLQQ-QOL)评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于现象学分析法的健康教育可有效减轻患者心理困扰程度,提高患者的遵医行为依从性,同时也可提高患者性功能。 Objective To explore the effects of health education based on phenomenological analysis on psychological distress,medical behavior compliance and sexual function of patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with prostate cancer surgery admitted to Yiwu Fuyuan First Hospital(Yiwu Hospital Affiliated to Hangzhou Medical College)and Yiwu Fuyuan Private Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group was given routine health education regimen while the observation group was given health education regimen based on phenomenological analysis.The cognition degree,psychological resilience,psychological distress degree,medical behavior compliance,sexual function were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the cognition degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incident of moderate-to-severe psychological distress in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The medical behavior compliance in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)and sexual life quality questionnaire-quality of life(SLQQ-QOL)in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on phenomenological analysis can effectively relieve the psychological distress degree,improve the medical behavior compliance,and promote the sexual function of patients.
