稀土尾矿中重晶石的提纯增白试验研究

摘要 对稀土尾矿中重晶石的提纯增白试验研究,采用“磁选—磨矿—酸浸”工艺,通过一系列条件试验确定了最佳提纯增白试验工艺条件,试样白度由46.60提高到93.03,BaSO4品位由89.77%提高至95%,提纯增白效果明显,所得产品符合精细重晶石粉的理化性能要求,白度远高于标准中对白度的要求,产品附加值显著提高,应用领域得到拓展。 For the test study on purification and whitening of barite in rare earth tailings,the"magnetic separation grinding acid leaching"process was adopted to determine the optimal purification and whitening test process conditions through a series of condition tests.The whiteness of the sample was increased from 46.60 to 93.03,and the grade BaSO4 was increased from 89.77%to 95%,and the purification and whitening effect is obvious.The obtained products meet the requirements of physical and chemical properties of fine barite powder,the whiteness is much higher than the requirements for whiteness in the standard.The added value of the product is significantly improved,and the application field is expanded.
