On the Construction of Community Intelligent Elderly Service System:What is Possible and How it is Realized

银发浪潮加速来袭,少子化老龄化高龄化背景下的社会化养老形势严峻。社区智慧养老提供了超越传统居家养老的路径和方案。一方面,互联网、物联网+的迅速普及,为发展社区智慧养老提供了技术支撑;另一方面,社区智慧养老具有庞大的消费需求人口。为此,本文进一步建构了社区智慧养老模型,提出了破解“银发数字鸿沟”问题、打造多元主体参与的社会化服务体系、推进养老事业与养老产业双驱发展的对策建议。

With the accelerating wave of silver hair,the situation of socialized elderly care is grim in the context of the trend of birthrate decline and population aging.Community intelligent elderly care provides paths and programs beyond the traditional home-based aging.On the one hand,the rapid popularization of the Internet and IoT+provides technical support for the development of community intelligent elderly care model;on the other hand,there is a huge population of consumer demand for the service.To this end,this paper further constructs a community intelligent nursing model,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to crack the problem of"silver-hair digital divide",create a socialized service system with the participation of multiple subjects,and promote the dual-drive development of the nursing career and the nursing industry.
