机场场道注浆工程设备及工艺研究综述

Review of Equipment and Processes for Grouting Engineering in Airport Runway

为明确不同注浆设备及工艺在机场场道注浆工程中的应用进展,归纳了现有注浆设备的分类、组成,分析了不同注浆设备的特点,总结了现有注浆工艺,分析了其工艺流程及其机场工程中的应用现状。综合分析现有研究表明,注浆设备及工艺需根据水文地质条件和工程要求来选择,具有特殊地理地质条件的工程,需要对钻机和注浆泵进行改进,以满足符合工程的需要。注浆技术应用于机场工程中大多数采用压密注浆和劈裂注浆的方式,这两种工艺均能很好地解决道面病害问题。

In order to clarify the application progress of different grouting equipment and processes in the airport runway grouting project,we summarize the classification and composition of existing grouting equipment,analyze the characteristics of different grouting equipment,summarize the existing grouting technology and analyze its process and its application status in airport projects.Comprehensive analysis of existing research shows that the grouting equipment and process need to be selected according to the hydrogeological conditions and engineering requirements and the drilling rig and grouting pumps need to be improved to meet the need of special geo-geological conditions of the project.The grouting technology of compaction grouting and splitting grouting is used in most of the airport projects and both grouting processes can be a good solution to the runway surface disease problems.
