中药熏洗联合超短波治疗脑卒中后Ⅰ期肩手综合征的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of the Combination of Herb Soaking and Ultrashort Wave Therapy for Stage Ⅰ of Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的 探讨中药熏洗联合超短波治疗对脑卒中后I期肩手综合征的疗效。方法 选取60例脑卒中后I期肩手综合征患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予超短波治疗;治疗组给予中药熏洗联合超短波治疗。2周为1个疗程,3个疗程后进行效果评价。结果 治疗后治疗组VAS、FMA和肿胀积分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 中药熏洗对脑卒中后Ⅰ期肩手综合征效果显著,能有效减轻患肢的疼痛及肿胀,促进患肢运动功能恢复。

Objective To observe the curative effect of herb soaking combined with ultrashort wave therapy for stage I of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods 60 cases of stroke patients with stage I of shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave,while treatment group was treated with ultrashort wave and herb soaking therapy.Two weeks is one course of treatment,and effect evaluation was conducted after three courses of treatment.Results After treatment,VAS,FMA and swelling score of treatment group were remarkablely improved,better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Herb soaking combined with ultrashort wave therapy can effectively reduce the pain and swelling of stroke patients with stage Ⅰ of shoulder-hand syndrome and improve their motor function of upper limbs.
