摘要
目的:探讨在大数据背景下医院常规影像设备的智能化运行和维护管理效果。方法:将2021年1月~2022年1月本院影像科正常运行的6台医学影像设备进行维护管理,随机分成两组,各3台;每类设备投入使用年份接近。其中,对照组采用传统影像设备维护管理方式,观察组采用基于大数据维护管理方式,对比两组影像设备的运行和维护管理效果,包括故障预防效果、设备维修费用及故障发生情况。结果:观察组的影像设备故障预防效果、设备维修费用及故障发生与复发均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院常规影像设备相关大数据在其智能化运行和维护管理中有着重要价值,有助于提高维护管理效率。
Objective:To explore the effect of intelligent operation and maintenance management of conventional imaging equipment in hospitals under the background of big data.Methods:6 medical imaging devices in normal operation in the imaging department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were maintained and managed,and randomly divided into two groups,3 in each group;Each type of equipment was put into use in a similar year.Among them,the control group adopted the traditional imaging equipment maintenance and management mode,and the study group adopted the maintenance and management mode based on big data.The operation and maintenance management effects of the two groups of imaging equipment were compared,including the fault prevention effect,equipment maintenance cost and fault occurrence.Results:The imaging equipment failure prevention effect,equipment maintenance cost,failure occurrence and recurrence in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Big data related to conventional imaging equipment in hospital has important value in its intelligent operation and maintenance management,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of maintenance management.
