基于短道速滑紧身服的CLO 3D虚拟服装压力评价研究

摘要 三维服装虚拟仿真技术已广泛应用于多个领域,其中可以模拟服装压力的虚拟服装压力系统更是为研究服装压力舒适性提供了新的技术手段。为了探究CLO 3D软件的虚拟服装压力系统替代常规服装压力实验的可行性,以短道速滑紧身服为例,获取实际测量的服装压力和CLO 3D软件中模拟的虚拟服装压力,并进行对比分析。针对短道速滑运动的3种运动姿态,以静立姿态下的着装压力作为参照组,对比实际服装压力与虚拟服装压力的分布、大小以及改变运动姿态后的压力变化趋势。实验结果表明:虚拟服装压力可以有效地预测实际服装压力的大小、分布以及变化,其获得的结果可以作为服装压力舒适性的参考指标,同时能有效降低实验成本。 3D clothing virtual simulation technology has been widely used in many fields,and the virtual clothing pressure system which can simulate clothing pressure provides a new technical means for the study of clothing pressure comfort.In order to explore the feasibility of CLO 3D software s virtual clothing pressure system replacing conventional clothing pressure experiment,taking short track speed skating tight clothing as an example,this study obtained the actual measured clothing pressure and the simulated virtual clothing pressure in CLO 3D software.Aiming at three kinds of sports posture in short track speed skating,the distribution and size of the actual clothing pressure and the virtual clothing pressure were compared with the dressing pressure in the static standing posture as the reference group,and the changing trend of the pressure after changing the movement posture.The experiment shows that virtual clothing pressure can effectively predict the size,distribution and change of actual clothing pressure,and the obtained results can be used as a reference index of clothing pressure comfort,and can effectively reduce the experiment cost.
