从职前培养到职后教育:基于专业可持续发展的英语师范生培养模式研究

From Pre-service Training to Post-service Education:Research on the Training Model of English Majors in Normal Institutes Based on Professional Sustainable Development

摘要 英语师范生培养本质上是为基础教育培养英语教师。高质量中小学英语教师是高质量基础英语教育发展的中坚力量,因此如何创新英语师范生的培养模式一直是高校师范生教学改革的主题。基于当前基础教育英语教师专业发展中存在的职前职后分离问题,提出构建职前培养与职后教育一体化的教师发展模式,加强高校师范生培养和在职教师教育的措施,以期提高基础教育英语教师专业可持续发展的能力。 The training of English majors in normal institutes is,in nature,to train English teachers for the elementary education.High-quality English teachers in both high schools and primary schools are the backbone force of high-quality elementary education development.Therefore,how to optimize the training mode of English normal students has always been the theme of teaching reform of college normal students.Based on the problem of pre-service and post-service separation in the current professional development of primary and secondary school English teachers,this study proposes to build a teacher development model that integrates pre-service training and post-service education by strengthening the training of college normal students and improving the in-service teacher education,in order to improve the ability of primary and secondary school English teachers to achieve professional sustainable development.
