摘要
基于煤矿液压支架单伸缩立柱结构特点,介绍了一种适用于液压支架单伸缩立柱强度分析的有限元仿真分析方法。此种方法可实现煤矿液压支架单伸缩立柱的动载和静载有限元仿真分析,进而获取到更为全面的强度分析结果。为验证单伸缩立柱强度有限元分析方法的应用价值,分别采用数值计算和试验测试数据与有限元分析方法进行匹配对比,最终确认有限元分析方法具有较高的分析精度。
Based on the structural characteristics of the single telescopic column of the coal mine hydraulic support,a finite element simulation and analysis method is introduced for the strength analysis of the single telescopic column of the hydraulic support.This method can achieve the dynamic load and static load finite element simulation analysis of the single telescopic column of coal mine hydraulic support,and then obtain more comprehensive strength analysis results.In order to verify the application value of the single telescopic column strength finite element analysis method,numerical calculation and experimental test data were used to match and compare with the finite element analysis method,and the finite element analysis method was finally confirmed to have high analysis accuracy.
