肌内效贴布联合Maitland关节松动术对肩袖撕裂术后患者的临床疗效研究

The clinical efficacy of kinesio taping combined with maitland joint mobilization surgery in patients after rotator cuff tear surgery

目的探讨肌内效贴布联合Maitland关节松动术对肩袖撕裂术后患者肩关节疼痛及功能障碍的临床疗效观察。方法采用计算机随机数字法将60例肩袖撕裂术后患者分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用单纯Maitland关节松动术,实验组在对照组基础上采用肌内效贴布联合治疗,观察1个月后2组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节被动活动度(PROM)、Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表(CMS)评分和美国加州大学肩关节评分量表(UCLA)评分变化情况。结果实验组和对照组患者治疗后VAS评分,肩关节ROM评估中前屈、外展、内旋和外旋的被动关节活动度,CMS评定中的疼痛、日常生活活动、关节活动度、外展肌力和UCLA评定中的疼痛、功能、前屈活动、肩前屈曲力量均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。除外旋被动关节活动度外,实验组治疗后的VAS、PROM、CMS评分和UCLA评分均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴布联合Maitland关节松动术对肩袖撕裂术后患者肩关节疼痛及功能障碍优于单纯Maitland关节松动术治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of kinesio taping combined with Maitland joint mobilization surgery in the treatment of shoulder pain and dysfunction in patients after rotator cuff tear surgery.Methods 60 patients after rotator cuff tear surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received the Maitland joint mobilization only,and the experimental group received the kinesio taping on the basis of the control group.The changes of VAS,passive of range of motion for shoulder flexion,abduction,external rotation,internal rotation,Constant-Murley scasle(CMS),and the university of california at Los Angeles shoulser rating scale(UCLA)were analyzed in the two groups after one months.Results The two groups were significantly improved than pre-treatment in VAS,passive of range of motion for shoulder flexion,abduction,external rotation,internal rotation,CMA score,and UCLA score(P<0.05).Except for the PROM of external rotation,the VAS,PROM of flexion,abduction,internal rotation,CMS score,and UCLA score of the experimental group were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kinesio taping and Maitland joint mobilization is superior to Maitland joint mobilization alone in treatment of pain and dysfunction in patients after rotator cuff tear surgery.
