棉纤维、粘胶纤维和腈纶纤维混纺定性和定量分析研究

摘要 根据标准对质量控制样品定性,结果为棉纤维、粘胶纤维和腈纶纤维三组分混纺纱线,定量分析选择方案4,分析结果为棉、粘胶纤维、腈纶的五次平均含量分别为29.0%、39.7%、31.3%。对定性结果的准确度和精密度进行了分析,分析显示选择的试验方法准确度较高,t检验法分析,在5%显著水平上,棉纤维和粘胶纤维平均值与指定值之间无显著性差异;腈纶纤维的实验值与标准值之间存在显著性差异。 The quality control samples were qualitatively analyzed according to the standard,and the results showed that cotton fiber,viscose fiber and acrylic fiber were three component blended yarns.Quantitative analysis chose option 4.The analysis result was as follow:the five-time average content of cotton,viscose fiber and acrylic fiber was 29.0%,39.7%,and 31.3%,respectively.The accuracy and precision of the qualitative results were analyzed,and the analysis results showed that the selected test method had high accuracy.The t-test analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the average value of cotton fiber and viscose fiber and the specified value at the 5%significant level,while there was a significant difference between the experimental value and the standard value of acrylic fiber.
