针灸及其相关疗法治疗产后身痛的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Its Related Therapy in Treatment of Postpartum Body Pain

产后身痛作为产后常见病,临床治疗方法多样。中医针灸治疗本病,标本兼治,具有疗效确切,复发率低、不良反应少等优势。为更好指导临床合理治疗,回顾近10年针灸治疗产后身痛的文献,整理总结了毫针针刺、火针、艾灸等临床常用疗法对本病的治疗效果,以期为该病的临床研究及治疗提供参考。

As a common postpartum disease,postpartum body pain has various clinical treatment methods.TCM acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease can treat both symptoms and root causes,with exact efficacy,low recurrence rate,less adverse reactions and other advantages.To better guide the clinical rational treatment,this paper reviewed the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of postpartum body pain in recent 10 years,and summarized the therapeutic effect of filiform needle acupuncture,fire needle,moxibustion and other commonly used clinical therapies on this disease,with a view to providing reference for clinical research and treatment of this disease.
