摘要
研究了三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚与浓H_(2)SO_(4)合成硫酸酯铵盐的工艺,探索不同反应条件如反应真空度、物料比、催化剂用量等对反应的影响。优化反应条件:物料比m(三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚)∶m(浓H_(2)SO_(4))=13∶1,反应真空度以400 Pa/min速度下降,催化剂尿素的质量分数为4%。优化条件下,产品活性物含量达93.9%。改进后的工艺方法相比于原硫酸生产工艺,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐活性物含量高,且产品颜色浅。
The synthesis process of ammonium sulfate from tristyrenylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and concentrated sulfuric acid was studied,and the effects of different reaction conditions such as reaction vacuum,raw material mass ratio,and catalyst dosage on the reaction were explored.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the raw material mass ratio was m(tristyrenylphenol polyoxyethylene ether):m(concentrated sulfuric acid)=13:1,reaction vacuum decreased at 400 Pa/min,and the mass fraction of catalyst was 4%,the active substance content of the product was 93.9%.Compared with the original sulfuric acid production process,the modified process had higher activity content of tamoxyethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate ammonium salt,and the product colorappearence was lighter.
