摘要
建设教育强国,离不开教育家精神的深层引领与价值支撑。从历史逻辑上讲,教育家精神蕴含了中国传统文化弘扬师道的道德感召力,饱含了近代以来救亡图强使命的价值引领力,代表了时代发展中改革创新的实践驱动力。就教育家精神的内涵而言,其实现了个体与大局的理性统一、立身与育人的德性统一、实学与创新的知性统一、情感与情怀的感性统一,谱写了教育家群体所共有的具有普遍意义的精神特质。践行教育家精神,要以坚守使命担当为根本,坚定理想信念;以加强师德引领为前提,注重思想教育;以勇于躬耕实践为关键,强化责任意识。
The building of a powerful country in education is inseparable from the in-depth guidance and the value-oriented support from the spirit of educators.In terms of historical logic,the spirit of educators contains their moral appeal by means of their carrying forward traditional Chinese culture,and their guidance of value by means of their shouldering the mission of saving the nation and striving for its greater strength in latter days,and represents the practice-based driving force of reform and innovation in the development of the times.In terms of its connotations,the spirit of educators achieves the rational unity of individuals and the overall situation,the moral unity of acting as exemplary teachers and cultivating talents,the intellectual unity of genuine competence and innovation,and the emotional unity of emotions and sentiments,reflecting the universal spiritual traits shared by the galaxy of educators.To practice the spirit of educators,educators need to follow the fundamental standard of staying true to their missions and ideals;make more efforts to guide teachers'ethics and emphasize ideological guidance;and have the courage to practice their educational thoughts with a stronger sense of responsibility.
