摘要
大学教授以知识创造者身份“跨界”担任中小学校长,以此有别于一线中小学教师出身的校长,他们多在教育情怀的驱动下走上学校管理岗位,目的是缔造自己的教育“理想国”,并以非功利性和超越性迈过理想与现实之间的边界;教授们在大学氛围中陶养成的民主、科学精神,投射于中小学校管理中,使得学校管理更具人文主义特征,并以民主精神和科学精神升级文化与管理的形态;教授们长于的学科知识常常成为学校改革的理论支撑,既有助于教授校长树立权威,更易于使学校管理和改革奠基于坚实的理论基础之上,并以理性精神和权变策略实现理论和身份的转化。
As a knowledge creator,university professors,acting as principals of primary and secondary schools,are quite different from principals who are selected from front-line teachers at primary and secondary schools.The professor-titled principals,driven by their educational ideal,are pursuing to create an ideal country for their own dreams,rather than for some utilitarian purposes.They have transcended the boundary between ideal and reality.These professors,immersed in the campus atmosphere that advocates democracy and science,make the school management shining with more humanistic spirit,which can also be used in building school culture and improving management.Their professional knowledge has given a theoretical support to school reform,which not just helps them establish their authority,but also lays a solid theoretical foundation for the school management and reform,thus realizing the transformation from theory to reality,and from professor to principle,with the reasonable spirit and strategic approaches.
