村落共同体构建的内在逻辑与培育路径——以渝东南L村为例

政治、经济、文化、情感共同构建乡村社会发展的生态系统,经济的发展为乡村社会提供必要的物质条件,成为留得住人的显性力量,而文化与情感的价值是为乡村发展留住“人心”。L村在构建村落共同体的过程中以情感力量为纽带,以乡贤精英为模范引领,通过集体活动凝聚村民共识,在集体活动中强化个体对村落的认同感和归属感,使潜在的文化符号、精神价值共同转化为促进村寨发展的外在物质力量,促进L村村落社会的发展。
