探究偏远农村牧区消防安全工作开展新路径

Exploration of new paths for fire safety work in remote rural pastoral areas

偏远农村牧区由于房屋防火等级低,村庄建设缺乏消防安全规划,远离城市、交通闭塞,应急准备不足等原因,火灾风险较高,给人民群众生命财产安全造成巨大威胁。因此,以偏远农村牧区为研究对象,从应急管理“一案三制”——即体制、机制、法制和应急预案体系建设方面的现状出发,分析偏远农村牧区消防管理工作存在的问题和不足,进而提出消防安全工作开展的新路径。

Due to the low fire protection level of houses in remote rural pastoral areas,the lack of fire safety planning in village construction,the distance from cities,traffic congestion,and insufficient emergency preparedness,the fire risk is high,which poses a huge threat to the safety of people's lives and property.Therefore,taking remote rural pastoral areas as the research object,starting from the current situation of the system,mechanism,legal system and emergency plan system construction,the problems and deficiencies of fire management in remote rural and pastoral areas are analyzed,and a new path for fire safety work is proposed.
