摘要
藻类产品营养价值丰富、活性成分多,除食用外,广泛应用于医疗、工业、农业、美容保健以及生物等领域,市场供需两旺。借助于联合国粮食及农业组织渔业统计数据库和商品贸易统计数据库,通过横向比较和纵向分析,对全球藻类产品生产布局和供给特点、贸易特征以及中国藻类产品的国际竞争力进行剖析。研究发现:全球藻类产品生产与供给呈现出产量、产地、养殖品种高度集中的趋势;藻类产品国际贸易活跃且市场相对成熟,贸易规模稳中有升,但不同产品类别差异显著;中国藻类产品在全球市场竞争中优势明显,且有待开发的空间和挖掘的潜力依然很大,但仍存在许多制约瓶颈,机遇与挑战并存。基于此,结合中国藻类产品当前存在的问题,提出了加强基础研究和科技攻关力度、优化养殖产品结构、实施目标市场差异化战略的建议。
Algae products have rich nutritional value and abundant active ingredients.In addition to consumption,they are widely used in medical,industrial,agricultural,beauty and health care,as well as biological fields,with a thriving market supply and demand.By utilizing the FishstatJ Database and UN Comtrade Database from Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations,this study analyzed the global production layout,supply characteristics,trade characteristics,and international competitiveness of Chinese algae products through horizontal comparison and vertical analysis.The results showed that the global production and supply of algae products show a highly concentrated trend of yield,origin,and breeding variety;the international trade of algae products is active and the market is relatively mature,with a steady increase in trade scale,but there are significant differences among different product categories;Chinese algae products have obvious advantages in global market competition,and there is still a lot of room for development and potential to be explored,however,there are still many constraints and bottlenecks,and opportunities and challenges coexist.Based on this,suggestions were put forward to strengthen basic research and scientific research efforts,optimize the structure of aquaculture products,and implement the target market differentiation strategy,taking into account the current problems in Chinese algae products.
