摘要
以数字产业为基点进行探究,可能会导致数字经济研究的“偏离化”加剧。在提出交通数字化假设的基础上,考虑到产业辐射是地区与地区之间的相互作用,存在空间距离效应,因此利用空间杜宾模型进行差异矩阵回归验证。将数字交通拆分为“数字、平台、营运、信息”4大层次进行量化处理,并将产业辐射强度重新定义归类,进行加权得分。考虑到数据可得性以及地区异常值,对我国30个省级行政区2012—2020年区域变量进行再评价。结果表明,在3种空间权重矩阵下,产业辐射强度的莫兰检验值都为正并且通过1%显著性水平检验,表明我国30个省级行政区产业辐射存在空间正相关关系;数字交通的发展对本区域产业辐射强度扩大具有推动作用,但对其它区域产业辐射强度产生抑制作用;区域经济发展水平、政府支持力度和人才专业化对产业辐射强度存在正向影响,而产业高级化对产业辐射强度存在负面影响,通过细分行业,其抑制作用主要体现在金融业高级化层面;政府支持力度会对其他区域产业辐射强度产生正向影响,人才专业化的直接效应和溢出效应均为正,对本地区和其他地区产业辐射强度的发展产生正向影响,且政府支持力度的溢出效应更大。基于此,建议加强区域政府对科技创新的预算投入,提高技术联系与资源共享,打破产业发展壁垒,优化资源配置,打造区域高技术制造业的优势发展地位,防止人才大量流入金融非实体业,保持产业高级化与合理化并存,加强人才专业化培养。
Existing research is mostly based on the digital industry,which may lead to an intensification of the“deviation”in digital economy research.Firstly,this article proposes the assumption of transportation digitization,considering that industrial radiation is an interaction between regions and there is a spatial distance effect.Therefore,a spatial Durbin model is used for differential matrix regression validation.Then,digital transportation is divided into four levels:“digital,platform,operation,and information”for quantitative processing,and the industrial radiation intensity is redefined and classified for weighted scoring.Considering the availability of data and regional outliers,this article reevaluates the regional variables of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2020.The results show that:under the three spatial weight matrices,the Moran test values of industrial radiation intensity are all positive and pass the 1%significance level test,indicating that there is a spatial positive correlation between industrial radiation in 30 provinces(districts,cities)in China.The development of digital transportation has a promoting effect on the expansion of industrial radiation intensity in this region,but has a restraining effect on the radiation intensity of other regional industries.The level of regional economic development,government support,and talent specialization have a positive impact on industrial radiation intensity,while industrial upgrading has a negative impact on industrial radiation intensity.By segmenting industries,its inhibitory effect is mainly reflected at the level of financial industry upgrading.The level of government support will have a positive impact on the radiation intensity of industries in other regions,with both the direct and spillover effects of talent specialization being positive.It will have a positive impact on the development of industry radiation intensity in the local and other regions,and the spillover effect of government support will be greater.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen the budget investment of regional governments in scientific and technological innovation,improve technological connections and resource sharing,break down industrial development barriers,optimize resource allocation,create an advantageous development position for the regional high-tech manufacturing industry,prevent a large number of talents from flowing into the financial non physical industry,maintain the coexistence of advanced and rationalized industries,and strengthen the professional training of talents.
