摘要
新能源汽车在充电过程中,充电速率慢和充电安全问题一直是客户的一大痛点,其中充电过温是造成该痛点问题的主要因素之一。文章通过对国标交流充电插座过温问题进行分析,测得在常温20℃环境下,总成产品连接电阻的理论值,并发现常规高压线束端子压接存在的可靠性问题。经过测试比对及假设剖析,提出国标交流充电插座充电过程中的过温问题针对性改善方案,并验证方案可行性,从而在研发角度为新能源汽车国标交流充电设计提供问题规避途径,可以改善市场上新能源汽车用户在等待交流充电时遇到过温引起故障的痛点问题。
In the charging process of new energy vehicles,slow charging rate and charging safety problems have always been major pain issues for customers,among which charging over-temperature is one of the main factors causing the pain issues.This paper through the analysis of the CN standard AC charging socket over-temperature problem,measured product connection resistance theoretical value while in the normal temperature 20°C environment,and found that the conventional high-voltage harness terminal crimping has reliability problems,after test comparison and hypothesis analysis,put forward CN standard AC charging socket charging process over-temperature problem improvement schemes,and verified the feasibility of this scheme,Therefore,from the perspective of research and development,it provides a problem avoidance method for the CN standard AC charging design of new energy vehicles,which can improve and solve the pain issues of over-temperature caused by over-temperature encountered by new energy vehicle customers in the market.
