矢车菊素半合成方法实验教学实践

摘要 使用槲皮素为原料,在室温条件下采用羟基保护、羰基还原和酸化成盐脱保护三步反应合成了天然活性成分矢车菊素。使用薄层色谱、紫外、液质联用和红外光谱技术来监测反应和表征产物。实验原理简单,操作简便,底物与产物最大吸收波长差异大。实验过程颜色变化明显,实验总产率为51.74%。矢车菊素应用广泛,通过合成实验可有效引导学生将有机化学基本理论学以致用,激发学生学习兴趣和提高实验技能。 In this experiment,quercetin was used as the starting substrate to synthesize cyanidin,a natural active ingredient,under room temperature through hydroxyl groups protection,carbonyl reduction,and deprotection by acidification.The intermediate and final product were characterized by TLC,UV,HPLC-MS,and IR.The experimental principle is simple and the operation is convenient for college students.The maximum absorption wavelength of the substrate and product are significantly different.The color change is obvious,and the final yield is 51.74%.Cyanidin is widely used in food industry.Therefore,the preparation of cyanidin through synthetic method can effectively guide students to apply organic chemistry theory into practice,stimulate students interest,and improve experimental skills.
