上海市某区社区精神分裂症患者生活质量及其影响因素

Quality of life and influencing factors of schizophrenia patients in a community of a certain district in Shanghai

目的了解上海市虹口区社区精神分裂症患者生活质量,并探索其影响因素。方法选取上海市虹口区精神卫生中心门诊就诊的120例社区康复的精神分裂症患者为研究对象。采用自编问卷、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表、阳性与阴性症状量表、自尊量表、社会支持评定量表、药物依从性量表、社交回避及苦恼量表、疾病家庭负担量表评估生活质量,并通过线性回归分析探索其影响因素。结果多元线性回归分析显示,性格特征(95%CI:-5.933~-1.430,P=0.002)、同住人(95%CI:-29.204~-14.386,P<0.001)和疾病家庭负担(95%CI:0.442~1.045,P<0.001)是精神分裂症患者生活质量的主要影响因素。结论社区患者生活质量与性格、同住人和疾病家庭负担相关。

Objective To understand the quality of life of schizophrenia patients in the community of Hongkou District,Shanghai,and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia undergoing community rehabilitation in the outpatient department of Shanghai Hongkou Mental Health Center were selected as the study objects.Evaluated the quality of life using self-made questionnaires,the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale,the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale,the Self-Esteem Scale,the Social Support Rating Scale,the Medication Adherence Rating Scale,the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale,and Family Burden Scale of Diseases,and explored their influencing factors through linear regression analysis.Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that personality traits(95%CI:-5.933 to-1.430,P=0.002),cohabitants(95%CI:-29.204 to-14.386,P<0.001),and disease family burden(95%CI:0.442 to 1.045,P<0.001)were main influencing factors for the quality of life of schizophrenia patients.Conclusion The quality of life of community patients is related to their personality,cohabitants,and disease family burden.
