摘要
目的调查公共卫生硕士(MPH)实践能力培养现状,为MPH实践教学改革提供依据。方法对桂林医学院公共卫生学院2019—2021级参加专业实习的MPH进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果共112名MPH参与调查,80%以上的MPH认为实践能力有所提升,对校外导师带教水平和实践考核管理的满意度在80%以上。经线性趋势分析,3个年级对校外导师带教水平、实践考核管理以及实践纪律管理评价也较好。结论MPH对实践能力提升效果的总体评价较好,但科研能力、现场调查能力仍有待提升。
Objective To investigate status of cultivating MPHs′practical ability,so as to provide basis for the reform of MPHs′practical teaching.Methods A survey was conducted on MPHs who participated in professional internships at the School of Public Health,Guilin Medical University from 2019 to 2021,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 112 MPHs participated in the survey,and more than 80%of them believed that their practical ability had improved.Their satisfaction with the teaching level and practical assessment management of off campus mentors was over 80%.Through linear trend analysis,three grades were satisfied with off campus mentors The evaluation of teaching level,practical assessment management,and practical discipline management is also relatively high.Conclusion The MPHs′overall evaluation on the improvement of practical ability is good,but research ability and on-site investigation ability still need to be improved.
