优质护理干预在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing Intervention in Rehabilitation Nursing of Schizophrenia Patients

目的:分析在精神分裂症患者康复护理中开展优质护理干预的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月广州市民政局精神病院收治的精神分裂症患者80例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预。比较两组患者临床效果。结果:护理后,观察组护理管理质量、依从性、自理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组简明精神病评定量表评分、护理期间冲动事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预应用于精神分裂症患者中,可进一步提高临床护理服务质量,增强患者自理能力和依从性,帮助患者改善负性情绪及临床症状,减少护理期间冲动事件。

Objective:To analyze the effect of quality nursing interventions in the rehabilitation care of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Eighty cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs Psychiatric Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty cases.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given quality nursing intervention.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results:After nursing,the quality of nursing management,adherence and self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale score and the incidence of impulsive events during nursing care were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing intervention in schizophrenia patients can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services,enhance patients'self-care ability and compliance,help patients improve negative emotions and clinical symptoms,and reduce impulsive events during nursing.
