试论中草药作为饲料添加剂对生猪的保健作用

Discussion on the Health Effect of Chinese Herbs as Feed Additives on Pigs

该研究选用3种中草药方剂作为饲料添加剂,将60头试验猪随机分为4组,每组15头,试验组在1000kg基础饲粮中添加中药制剂,对照组只饲喂基础日粮。三个试验组分别添加连解毒散3kg+清瘟败毒散3kg、金美康2kg+生泰蓝2kg、金黄连枝颗粒1kg+青蒿常山颗粒1kg。结果显示,黄连解毒散加清瘟败毒散组猪群血清中猪瘟、链球菌、副猪嗜血杆菌抗体阳性率降低。金美康加生泰蓝组猪群血清中非洲猪瘟、蓝耳、伪狂犬g B抗体、圆环2型抗体阳性率降低。金黄连枝颗粒加青蒿常山颗粒组猪群血清中蓝耳、伪狂犬gB、伪狂犬g E、附红细胞体、链球菌、副猪嗜血杆菌抗体阳性率降低。可见,添加中草药作为饲料添加剂可对猪群起到保健作用,各猪场可结合本地疾病流行情况,选择适宜中草药作为饲料添加剂使用。

This study selected three Chinese herbal formulas as feed additives.We randomly divided 60 experimental pigs into 4 groups,with 15 pigs in each group.The experimental groups were supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine preparations in a 1000kg basal diet,while the control group was only fed the basal diet.A,B and C groups were added respectively with 3kg of Lianjiedu Powder+3kg of Qingwen Baidu Powder,2kg of Jinmei Kang+2kg of Shengtai Blue,and 1kg of Jinhuang Lianzhi Granules+1kg of Artemisia annua Changshan Granules.The total test period was 60 days.The results showed that the positive rates of antibodies against swine fever,Streptococcus suis,and Haemophilus parasuis in the serum of the group of pigs treated with Huanglian Jiedu Powder and Qingwen Baidu Powder decreased.The positive rates of African swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,pseudorabies gB antibody,and circular type 2 antibody in the serum of the Jinmeikang plus Shengtai blue group pigs decreased.The positive rates of antibodies against porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,Pseudorabies gB,Pseudorabies gE,Eperythrozoon,Streptococcus,and Haemophilus parasuis in the serum of the pig group treated with Jinhuang Lianzhi Granules and Artemisia annua Changshan Granules decreased.Each pig farm can choose suitable Chinese herbal medicines as feed additives based on the local epidemic situation of diseases.
