摘要
针对实木橱柜门组框后的加工生产现状,设计了一台实木橱柜门组框后精铣成型机床。首先,分析实木橱柜门制造工艺,确定机床总体布局方案。其次,综合考虑被加工对象的形状和尺寸,分别设计各组成零部件。最后,利用计算机绘图软件建立三维模型,完成整个机床的结构设计。研究内容可为生产实木橱柜门加工机床的企业提供新的设计思路。
According to the current situation of solid wood cabinet door frame after processing,a solid wood cabinet door frame after finishing milling molding machine is designed.First of all,the manufacturing process of solid wood cabinet door is analyzed to determine the overall layout of the machine tool.Secondly,the shape and size of the processed object are considered comprehensively,and the components are designed respectively.Finally,the three-dimensional model is established by computer drawing software to complete the structural design of the whole machine tool,which provides a new design idea for the enterprises producing solid wood cabinet door processing machine tools.
