摘要
系统研究了自动化技术在机械设计和制造中的应用,从计算机辅助设计、三维建模与仿真、优化设计方法等多个角度分析了自动化技术在机械设计环节的应用手段及效果,同时研究了数控机床、工业机器人、智能制造系统等自动化技术及装备在机械制造环节的应用情况。研究表明,自动化技术可以极大地缩短产品研发设计周期,提升设计精度和质量,也可以显著降低制造成本,提高产品制造效率和合格率。因此,深化自动化技术与机械工程的深度融合,是实现工业升级的重要途径。
This article systematically studies the application of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing,analyzes the application methods and effects of automation technology in mechanical design from multiple perspectives such as computer-aided design,3D modeling and simulation,and optimization design methods,it also studied the application of automation technologies and equipment such as computer numerical control machine tools,industrial robots,intelligent manufacturing systems in the mechanical manufacturing process.Research has shown that automation technology can greatly shorten the product development and design cycle,improve design accuracy and quality.It can also significantly reduce manufacturing costs,improve product manufacturing efficiency and qualification rate.Therefore,deepening the deep integration of automation technology and mechanical engineering is an important way to achieve industrial upgrading.
