凝胶渗透色谱测试天然橡胶相对分子质量及分布的优化方法建立 被引量:1

Establishment of an Optimized Method for Measuring the Relative Molecular Weight and Distribution of Natural Rubber by Gel Permeation Chromatography

摘要 为摸索凝胶渗透色谱仪器测试条件对天然橡胶相对分子质量及分布测试结果的影响,利用凝胶渗透色谱对同一天然橡胶样品进行分子量及分布测试,确定了最佳的凝胶渗透色谱测试条件:检测器为示差折光检测器,流动相为四氢呋喃,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温和检测器温度为40℃,进样体积为30μL。将其运用在不同品种天然橡胶样品的测试分析中,结果表明该方法准确度高(>98%),重现性好(RSD<5%),为今后利用凝胶渗透色谱仪测试天然橡胶相对分子质量及分布测试提供了试验指导和理论基础。 This paper was used to explore the influence of gel permeation chromatography instrument test conditions on test results of the relative molecular weight and distribution of natural rubber.In this study,the molecular weight and distribution of the same natural rubber sample were tested by gel permeation chromatography,and the optimal gel permeation chromatography test conditions were determined:the detector was a differential refractive detector,and the mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,While the temperature of the column was 40℃,the injection volume was 30μL.And different varieties of natural rubber samples were tested and analyzed under the condition.The results showed that the method had a high accuracy(>98%)and a good reproducibility(RSD<5%).This study provided an experimental guidance and a theoretical basis for the influence of instrument test conditions on the relative molecular weight and the distribution of natural rubber when using gel permeation chromatography to test the relative molecular weight and distribution of natural rubber in the future.
