我院碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的应用分析与合理性评价

Application Analysis and Rationality Evaluation of Carbapenem Antibiotics and Tigacycline in Our Hospital

目的:了解医院碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的使用情况,评价临床使用药物的合理性,并对比分析两个季度的数据,以便于加强该类药物的规范管理,促进合理用药。方法:通过医院信息系统,分别统计我院2021年前三季度(1~9月)碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的使用量,同时按一定比例进行随机抽样及病历评价。结果:在我院2021年前三季度碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的使用情况分析中,比阿培南、替加环素的使用情况呈明显下降趋势,而美罗培南、亚胺培南的使用情况则稍有升高;在合理性评价中,主要存在的不合理用药问题类型包括无适应证用药、用法用量不适宜、给药方案不适宜、用药前未送检。结论:我院碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的临床使用仍存在不合理的情况,应加强抗菌药物临床应用管理,促进药物的临床合理应用。

Objective:To investigate the use of carbapenems and tigacycline in hospitals,evaluate the rationality of clinical use of drugs,and conduct a comparative analysis of data for two quarters,so as to strengthen the standardized management of these drugs and promote rational drug use.Methods:The usage of carbapenem antibiotics and tigacycline in the first three quarters of 2021(Jan.-Sept.)hsopital information system of our hospital was analyzed,and random sampling and medical record evaluation were conducted according to a certain proportion.Results:In the analysis of the use of carbapenem antibiotics and tigacycline in our hospital in the first three quarters of 2021,the use of biapenem and tigapenem showed an obvious downward trend,while the use of meropenem and imipenem increased slightly.In the rationality evaluation,the main types of irrational drug use problems include drug use without indications,inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate drug administration plan,and no test before drug use.Conclusion:The clinical use of carbapenems and tigecycline in our hospital is still unreasonable,and the clinical application management of antibiotics should be strengthened to promote the rational clinical application of drugs.
