Objective Systematic evaluation of the quality of the perinatal female psychological experience. Methods Nine electronic literature databases were searched:CNKI(China Knowledge Network),VIP(Very Important Person)digital database,China Wanfang database, the Cochrane library,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,PsycINFO,CINAHL(nursing database),and eligible randomised controlled trials(RCT)were retrieved from database establishment to November 15,2020.Eligible studies were screened, extracted, and then independently assessed for methodological quality by two researchers.Meta-analyses were performed using meta-analysis software(RevMan 5.3).Follow the list of preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses.Results A total of 13 RCTs with 966 participants were included. The results showed that depressive symptoms in perinatal pregnant women were reduced after the cognitive behavioural therapy(CBT)group.Likewise,in the postpartum period(<4 months),the results showed that the CBT group was superior to the usual care group in improving maternal depressive symptoms. But postpartum(>4 months)was not statistically different. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively relieve depressive symptoms in the short term, but its long-term efficacy needs further clinical research to verify.
