河南省牛羊规模场布鲁氏菌病感染情况调查 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]掌握河南省牛羊布鲁氏菌病流行情况,为牛羊布病防控和净化工作提供理论和科学依据。[方法]2022年对河南省168个场次的4 902头牛羊血清样品进行布病感染抗体检测,并按动物种类、场点类别等对检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]2022年河南省牛羊布病感染抗体平均场群阳性率为5.36%,平均个体阳性率为0.47%;牛布病感染抗体场群阳性率为3.61%,个体阳性率为0.24%;羊场群阳性率为7.06%,个体阳性率为0.71%;阳性样品均来自商品代养殖场(户),种畜场、屠宰场无阳性样品检出。[结论]河南省牛羊布病流行情况整体处于可控水平,种畜场布病净化工作取得了一定成效,随着牛羊养殖规模化程度的提升,当前牛羊布病防控的重点在于商品代规模场(户),应依据调查结果,结合场群实际,进一步完善和推进布病净化工作。 [Objectives]The epidemic situation of Brucellosis in cattle and sheep in Henan Prov-ince was investigated to provide the theoretical and scientific basis for the prevention and control of Brucellosis,and purification in cattle and sheep farms.[Methods]4902 serum samples of cattle and sheep from 168 herds in Henan Province were detected for antibodies against Brucellosis in 2022.The results of detection were statistically analyzed based on the species of animals,the types of farms,etc.[Results]The results showed that the average positive rate of antibodies against Brucellosi-sin the cattle and sheep in Henan Province in 2022 at herd level and at the individual level was 5.36%and 0.47%.The positive rate of antibodies against Brucellosis in cattle at herd level and at the individual level was 3.61%and 0.24%.The positive rate of antibodies against Brucellosis in sheep at herd level and at the individual level was 7.06%and 0.71%.Positive samples were all from commer-cial breeding farms(households),and no positive samples were detected in breeding farms or slaugh-terhouses.[Conclusions]The overall epidemic of Brucellosis in cattle and sheep in Henan Province was controllable.The purification of Brucellosis in breeding farms achieved certain progress.The focus of current prevention and control of Brucellosis in bovine and sheep is on commodity scale farms(house-holds)with the increasing scale of breeding cattle and sheep.The purification of Brucellosis should be further improved and promoted based on the results of investigation and the actual situation of the herds.
