摘要
学前儿童家长在家庭教育时,或与儿童沟通过程中家长要考虑沟通行为的变通性,如果只是强调生硬地灌输,而忽视家长自身存在的问题,势必会导致学前儿童家庭教育中的沟通出现问题。家长与学前儿童间良性沟通机制的建立,得益于家长与儿童长期共同生活中形成一套完整且有特点的规则秩序,由家长对儿童进行多维度、全方面的家庭教育,学前儿童在家庭教育中获得对家长的信赖并主动遵守规则秩序。由此,学前儿童家庭教育有效沟通的教育机制才能真正地、互动地、有机地建立起来。
Parents of preschool children are expected to consider the variability of communication behaviour when they are in family education or in the process of communicating with their children.If they only emphasize rigid indoctrination and ignore the problems of parents themselves,it will inevitably lead to communication problems in family education of preschool children.The establishment of a positive communication mechanism between parents and preschool children benefits from the formation of a complete and characteristic set of rules and regulations in the long-term common life of parents and children.Through the multi-dimensional and comprehensive family education provided by parents to children,preschool children gain trust in their parents and voluntarily comply with the rules and regulations in family education.Therefore,an educational mechanism of effective communication in family education of preschool children can be established in a real,interactive and organic way.
