急诊美容缝合在外伤患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Cosmetic Sutures in Trauma Patients

目的:分析急诊美容缝合在外伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月郴州市第四人民医院急诊科收治的86例外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各43例。对照组实施清创缝合术,试验组实施美容缝合术。比较两组伤口愈合情况、缝合满意度、疼痛情况、并发症发生情况、伤口愈合情况。结果:试验组瘢痕的颜色、质感、厚度、血液循环评分及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。术后,两组疼痛评分低于术前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组缝合满意度、伤口总愈合率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊美容缝合在外伤患者中的应用效果显著,可改善伤口愈合情况,提高缝合美观度,减轻疼痛,提升患者治疗效果及满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of emergency cosmetic suture in trauma patients.Methods:A total of 86 pa‑tients with trauma who were admitted to the Emergency Department of the Fourth People's Hospital of Chenzhou from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the con‑trol group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent debridement suture,and the experimental group underwent cosmetic suture.The wound healing,suture satisfaction,pain,complications and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results:The scar color,texture,thickness,blood circulation score and total score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).After surgery,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The suture satisfaction and total wound healing rate in the experi‑mental group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of emergency cosmetic suture in trauma patients is significant,which can ameliorate wound healing,improve the aesthetics of suture,reduce pain,and improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
