青少年武术后备人才培养的现实困境与优化路径研究

Realistic Perplexity and Optimization Path Research of ReserveBasketball Talents Cultivation of Chinese Youth

文章运用文献资料法和专家访谈法等研究方法,对我国青少年武术后备人才培养困境进行分析,提出我国青少年武术后备人才培养的优化路径。研究认为:我国青少年武术后备人才培养面临武术师资力量不足;武术文化氛围不浓;学生参与武术课程的兴趣较低等问题。提出要充分发挥政府和学校的主导作用,加强政策引导与财政支持;提升武术教师业务水平;强化学校武术教练员执教能力;优化学校武术优质资源配置等建议,以推动我国青少年武术后备人才的可持续发展。

This study mainly uses the methods of literature and expert interview to study the bafflement of Chinese teenagers'wushu reserve talents training,and puts forward some countermeasures for the training of Chinese teenagers'wushu reserve talents.The research holds that the training of reserve talents for Chinese youth wushu sports faces problems such as lack of wushu teachers,insufficient wushu cultural atmosphere and low interest of students'participation.It is suggested to give full play to the leading role of the government and schools,strengthen policy guidance and financial support,improve the teaching level of martial arts teachers,improve the teaching ability of martial arts coaches in schools,optimize the allocation of quality martial arts resources in schools,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese youth reserve talents in martial arts.
