摘要
通过对高炉煤气系统的分析,进行气柜柜容计算和活塞运行速率的分析,提出在建设场地有限的情况下,可以建设较小柜容的单段式橡胶膜密封型气柜替代大型稀油密封型气柜,以满足高炉煤气输配的需要。同时对单段式橡胶膜密封型煤气柜安装关键控制点和运行控制进行了分析,解决了运行过程中存在的活塞漂移和扭转问题。
By analyzing the blast furnace gas system,calculating the holder capacity of the gas holder and analyzing the operation rate of the piston,it is proposed that,in the case of limited construction site,a single-stage rubber membrane sealed gas holder with smaller holder capacity can be constructed instead of the large diluted-oil-sealed gas holder to meet the needs of the transmission and distribution of blast furnace gas.At the same time,the key control points of installation and operation control of single-stage rubber membrane sealed gas holder was analyzed,and the problems of piston drift and torsion during operation were solved.
