北京新冠疫情大流行期乳腺癌患者感染新冠病毒后自我报告结局的研究

A study on self-reported outcomes of breast cancer patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 in Beijing during the COVID-19 pandemic

目的调查北京新型冠状病毒感染(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情大流行期间在我院就诊的乳腺癌患者,了解其自我报告的COVID-19症状及可能的相关因素,为后疫情时代乳腺癌患者如何应对再次感染新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)提供借鉴与参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,于2022年12月28日—2023年1月6日收集在北京市某三甲医院就诊过的乳腺癌患者,对乳腺癌患者感染新冠病毒后的临床表现及可能的相关因素进行调查,描述新冠“流感化”时期乳腺癌人群的新冠症状。结果所调查医院538例乳腺癌患者中共有432例(80.3%)报告了新冠症状,其中最常见的是发热[357例(86.8%)],其次是咳嗽/咳痰[279例(64.6%)]、乏力[271例(62.7%)]、咽干/咽痛/咽痒[246例(56.9%)]、肌肉/关节疼痛[234例(54.2%)]、头晕/头痛[212例(49.07%)]、食欲减退[209例(48.38%)]、鼻塞流涕[196例(45.37%)]。首发症状主要是发热[248例(57.4%)]。本次调查538例乳腺癌患者中复发转移患者273例,占比50.74%,疫苗接种者204例,占比37.92%。结论乳腺癌患者感染新冠病毒后的自我报告症状主要是发热、咳嗽、乏力、肌肉关节酸痛、头晕等,首发症状主要是发热,自我报告症状的严重程度主要集中在中重度。

Objective To investigate breast cancer patients who sought medical care at a single hospitals in Beijing during the COVID-19 pandemic,and to understand their self-reported COVID-19 symptoms and potential related factors.The goal is to provide insights and references for how breast cancer patients can cope with potential re-infection of the COVID-19 virus in the post-pandemic era.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect 538 breast cancer patients who sought medical care at a certain 3A-grade hospitala in Beijing from December 28,2022 to January 6,2023.The clinical manifestations and possible related factors of breast cancer patients infected with novel coronavirus were investigated to describe the COVID-19 symptoms of breast cancer patients during the“influenza-like”period of the COVID-19 pandemic.Results There were 432 cases(80.3%)reported COVID-19 symptoms among 538 breast cancer patients,of which 357 cases(86.8%)were fever,followed by 279 cases(64.6%)of cough/expectoration,271 cases(62.7%)of fatigue,246 cases(56.9%)of dry throat/sore throat/itchy throat,234 cases(54.2%)of muscle/joint pain,212 cases(49.07%)of dizziness/headache,209 cases(48.38%)of anorexia,196 cases(45.37%)of nasal congestion and runny nose.The first symptom was mainly fever in 248 cases(57.4%).Among 538 breast cancer patients in this survey,273 patients had recurrence and metastasis,accounting for 50.74%,and 204 people recieved COVID-19 vaccination,accounting for 37.92%.Conclusion The self-reported symptoms of breast cancer patients infected with COVID-19 are mainly fever,cough,fatigue,muscle joint pain,dizziness,etc.
