农村地区水利工程建设与管理研究

Research on the Construction and Management of Water Conservancy Projects in Rural Areas

农村地区水利工程项目建设具备工艺性、经济性与服务性等特征,为农业生产与实现可持续发展目标提供了重要作用。但农村地区水利工程项目在实际建设与管理工作中,依旧存在许多不足之处,多地农村水利工程管理流于形式,导致农村水利工程在实际运行中难以发挥作用。阐述了农村地区水利工程管理特点、内江市农村地区水利工程建设、管理过程中的实际情况,提出了其中所存在的问题,分析了加强做好农村水利工程建设工作与管理工作的措施,以供参考。

The construction of water conservancy projects in rural areas has the characteristics of craftsmanship,economy,and service,providing an important role for agricultural production and achieving sustainable development goals.However,there are still many shortcomings in the actual construction and management of water conservancy projects in rural areas.The management of rural water conservancy projects in many areas was just a formality,which made it difficult for rural water conservancy projects to play a role in actual operation.This paper expounded the management characteristics of water conservancy projects in rural areas,the actual situation in the process of construction and management of water conservancy projects in rural areas of Neijiang City,put forward the existing problems,and analyzed the measures to strengthen the construction and management of rural water conservancy projects for reference.
