摘要
基于三元交互理论与班杜拉社会学习理论,探讨金融素养对大学生创业意愿的影响,以及角色榜样与高校创业环境的调节作用。通过问卷量表搜集创业意愿,以及基本金融知识检测衡量金融素养,以此数据构建分层广义线性模型。研究结果显示:金融素养对于大学生创业意愿具有显著正向影响;高校创业环境起正向调节作用;角色榜样的调节作用不显著。从财务与金融视角探索了金融素养与角色榜样以及高校教育环境的交互作用,拓展了对高校大学生创业意愿的研究。
Based on the Triadic Reciprocal Causation Theory and Bandura’s Social Learning Theory,explores the influence of financial literacy on the entrepreneurial intention of college students,as well as the moderating roles of role models and the university entrepreneurial environment.Entrepreneurial intention was assessed through a questionnaire,and financial literacy was measured by a basic financial knowledge test.A hierarchical generalized linear model was constructed using this data.The research findings indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students,and the university entrepreneurial environment plays a positive moderating role in this process.However,the moderating role of role models in this process is not significant.This paper investigates the interaction between financial literacy,role models,and the university educational environment from a financial perspective,expanding the research on college students'entrepreneurial intention in the context of higher education institutions.
