摘要
当前各类企业管理理论各有建树,但是从战略性角度出发,涉及涵盖面广、要素完整的管理体系仍显薄弱。以天津港务为例,通过对企业经营管理痛点剖析,从综合计划管理的引入、实践、成果三个维度进行阐述,呈现了综合计划管理在深度一体化、高度协同化企业管理中的实践成果,探索出业务驱动带动智慧化,实现数智化的路径方向。
Currently have done all kinds of enterprise management theory,but from a strategic perspective,wide coverage of the design elements,complete management system remains weak.Taking tianjin port as an example,through to the enterprise management pain points analysis,this article from the introduction of comprehensive plan management,practice,elaborates the three dimensions,presents a comprehensive plan management in the depth of integration,highly collaborative enterprise management practice,explore business drivers drive the wisdom,so that realize the number of the path direction of intellectualization.
