摘要
自饲料禁抗实施后,寻找绿色、安全和高效的抗生素替代品成为畜牧业发展的重要环节,其中植物提取物具有很大潜能。迷迭香酸是一种广泛分布在植物中的天然酚酸类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗菌等诸多生物学功能,对动物疾病的预防和治疗有一定潜力。本文通过对文献进行分析整理,介绍了迷迭香酸的理化性质与吸收代谢,综述了其抗氧化、抗炎和抗菌等生物学功能以及潜在的作用机理,提示了迷迭香酸对维持动物氧化应激、炎症反应和免疫三方效应稳定有一定作用,但目前对迷迭香酸的研究主要集中在模型动物上,在畜禽方面的研究不够深入,将来还需对迷迭香酸在畜禽机体的作用进行更加深入和全面的研究。
Since the implementation of the ban on antibiotics in feed,the search for green,safe and efficient antibiotic alternatives has become an important part of the development of animal husbandry,among which plant extracts have great potential.Rosmarinic acid is a natural phenolic acid compound widely distributed in plants.It has many biological functions such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial.It has certain potential for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases.This article analyzed and organized the literature,introduced the physical and chemical properties and absorption metabolism of rosmarinic acid,reviewed its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and other biological functions and potential mechanism of action,and suggested that rosmarinic acid played a role in maintaining the stability of oxidative stress,inflammatory response and immune tripartite effects in animals.However,the current research on rosmarinic acid mainly focuses on model animals,and the research on livestock and poultry is not deep enough.In the future,more in-depth and comprehensive research on rosmarinic acid’s role in livestock and poultry should be carried out.
