摘要 介绍了一种精密电子元器件擦拭用多段棉毛组织涤纶针织布的制备工艺,包括原料选择、组织结构设计、编织工艺设计及整理工艺设计。以涤纶超细纤维为原料,采用多段棉毛组织,在纬编针织机上进行编织生产,并辅以相应的整理工艺,开发出具有高清洁能力及高柔韧贴伏性能的擦拭针织布。制得的涤纶超细纤维针织擦拭布平整光洁、柔软贴伏、吸湿速干、不掉毛、成本低,适合擦拭高精密电子产品等。 The preparation technology of multistage interlock polyester knitted fabric for wiping precision electronic components,including product raw material selection,stitch structure design,process design of knitting and finishing process design.With polyester superfine fiber as raw material,using the multistage interlock stitch,one kind of effectively cleaning and high flexibility performance knitted wipes are developed on a weft knitting machine and supplemented by corresponding finishing technology.The produced polyester superfine knitted cloth is smoothly bright and clean,soft and comfortable,moisture absorbing and quick drying,without hair dropping,and low cost,which is particularly suitable for wiping high precision electronic products,etc.
