摘要
为满足球形容器在制造过程的转动需求,基于传统焊接滚轮架,对其进行了改造方案设计、搭建与现场试验,合理选取设备设计参数,最终设计出适用于球形容器的倾斜式焊接滚轮架,同时对自动可调节焊接滚轮架进行了展望。现场试验结果表明,倾斜式焊接滚轮架旋转滚轮与球形容器表面接触面增大,可将球形容器精准旋转至目标位置,为制造过程中焊接、无损检测及打磨抛光等重要工序提供良好的作业角度,为大型球罐形设备的焊接滚轮架的设计提供了参考。
In order to meet the rotational demand of spherical containers in the manuf-acturing process,based on the traditional welding roller frame,the design,constructi-on and on-site test of the retrofit programme were carried out,and the design parame-ters of the equipment were reasonably selected,so that the tilting welding roller frame applicable to spherical containers was finally designed,and at the same time,an outl-ook on the automatic adjustable welding scaffolding was made.Field test results show that the tilting welding roller frame rotating roller and spherical container surface co-ntact surface increases,can be rotated to the target position of the spherical container precision,for the manufacturing process of welding,non-destructive testing and grinding and polishing and other important processes to provide a good operating angle,for large-scale spherical tank-shaped equipment,the design of the welding roller frame provides a reference.
