摘要
教育家精神引领下教师教育课程重构是新时代培育大国良师和落实教育强国战略的必然要求。它有助于促成教师教育课程的现代化转型,推进教育强国建设;提升未来教师的综合素养,培育时代急需的“大先生”;推进教育教学变革,实现教育家精神落地。教育家精神引领下教师教育课程重构的方式涉及基于教育家精神的课程内统整、课程间统整和超课程统整。为此,高校需要加强课程重构的顶层设计,明确教育家精神的融入理念;关注课程重构的知识逻辑,把握教育家精神渗透的内生路径;明晰课程重构的实践旨趣,促成教育家精神的系统融入;完善课程重构的保障机制,推进教育家精神切实落地。
Under the guidance of the spirit of educators,the reconstruction of teacher education curriculum is a necessary requirement for cultivating excellent teachers in the new era and implementing the strategy of strengthening education.It helps to promote the modernization transformation of teacher education curriculum and promote the construction of an educational powerhouse;Enhance the comprehensive literacy of future teachers and cultivate the urgently needed masters of the times;Promote the reform of teaching and realize the implementation of the spirit of educators.The reconstruction of teacher education curriculum guided by the spirit of educators involves intra curriculum integration,inter curriculum integration,and supra curriculum integration.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of curriculum restructuring and establish the concept of integrating the spirit of educators;Pay attention to the knowledge logic of curriculum reconstruction and grasp the endogenous path of the infiltration of the spirit of educators;Clarify the practical purpose of curriculum restructuring and promote the systematic integration of the spirit of educators;Improve the guarantee mechanism for curriculum restructuring and promote the practical implementation of the spirit of educators.
