摘要
在众多的保温隔热材料中,陶粒混凝土整体式保温隔热技术因其独特的优势而备受关注和推崇。陶粒混凝土整体式保温隔热技术是将陶粒混凝土应用于整体式保温隔热建筑,以此增强建筑的保温隔热性能,减少能源消耗。陶粒作为一种轻质骨料,具有良好的保温隔热性能和强度,以陶粒代替石子作为混凝土的骨料,能够在保证建筑结构强度的同时,实现保温隔热效果的最大化。介绍了陶粒混凝土的原材料与制备方法,分析了其材料性能以及整体式保温隔热技术,希望能对该技术的应用起到一定帮助。
Among various thermal insulation materials,the integral thermal insulation technology of ceramsite concrete has attracted much attention and popularity because of its unique advantages.This technology applies ceramsite concrete in buildings with integral thermal insulation,to enhance their thermal insulation performance and reduce energy consumption.As a kind of lightweight aggregate,ceramsite,replacing stone as the aggregate of concrete,has good thermal insulation performance and strength,maximizing the thermal insulation effect while ensuring the strength of the building structure.The paper introduces the raw materials and preparation methods of ceramsite concrete,and explores into the material properties and the technology,in the hope of facilitating the application of this technology.
