摘要
目前,在桥面板施工过程中,模板支撑常采用满堂式支架或梁柱式支架,对桥下被交路通行影响大。为减少对被交路的影响,文章提出一种新型钢模板,用于桥面板现浇,建立三维实体模型,分析了该模板的应力和变形,并将该模板应用于实际工程中。研究结果表明了该模板的可行性,对钢-混组合梁的桥面板施工具有一定的参考价值。
At present,in the process of bridge deck slab construction,the formwork support often adopts full-hall support or beam-column support,which has a great influence on the traffic under the bridge.In order to reduce such influence,this paper proposes a new type of steel formwork for cast-in-place bridge deck slab,establishes a three-dimensional solid model,analyzes the stress and deformation of the formwork,and applies the formwork to practical engineering.The research results indicate the feasibility of the formwork,which has certain reference value for the bridge deck slab construction of steel-concrete composite beams.
