突发公共卫生事件中的理化检验质量管理分析

摘要 目的探究理化检验质量管理对突发公共卫生事件的影响。方法选取2022年10月—2023年9月济南市市中区疾病预防控制中心120件突发公共卫生事件,2022年10月—2023年3月(n=60)行常规管理为常规组,2023年4—9月(n=60)行理化检验质量管理为质量组,由相同的20名医务人员完成检验工作,评估检验质量,记录检验指标,统计检验差错事件,调查检验满意率。结果质量组理化检验质量多维度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质量组有效控制时间以及报告发出时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质量组检验差错事件发生率0低于常规组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质量组检验满意率100.00%高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论理化检验质量控制有借鉴价值,能提高检验效率,有效减少差错事件,满意率高,可以增强突发公共卫生事件控制效果。 Objective To explore the impact of physical and chemical inspection quality management on public health emergencies.Methods 120 public health emergencies were selected in Ji'nan Shizhong District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from October 2022 to September 2023,regular management from October 2022 to March 2023(n=60)as the routine group,physical and chemical inspection quality management from April to September 2023(n=60)as the quality group.The same 20 medical staff completed the inspection work,evaluated the inspection quality,recorded inspection indicators,counted inspection error events,and investigated the inspection satisfaction rate.Results Results The quality multidimensional score of the quality group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective control time and report issuing time of the quality group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of test error events in the quality group was 0,which was lower than that in the conventional group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the quality group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control of physical and chemical inspections has reference value,can improve inspection efficiency,effectively reduce error incidents,has a high satisfaction rate,and can enhance the control effect of public health emergencies.
