摘要
心肌缺血再灌注损伤是在心肌梗死后开通闭塞血管,心肌细胞在恢复血流的情况下出现的损伤,目前已成为临床治疗的研究热点。心肌梗死后血流恢复对氧气和营养的供应是必须的,但再灌注后可导致病理后遗症,甚至引发严重的心肌损伤。线粒体自噬功能在线粒体损伤中起着关键作用。心肌细胞损伤后,发生线粒体损伤,而线粒体自噬能通过促进降解和回收受损的线粒体以控制线粒体质量,进而保护缺血的心肌细胞。本文将回顾线粒体自噬在调节心脏内稳态中的作用,对线粒体和心肌缺血再灌注损伤的最新进展进行综述。
Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury is an injury that occurs after a myocardial infarction when the oc⁃clusive blood vessels are opened and blood flow is restored.At present,it has become a research hotspot of clinical treatment.Blood flow recovery is necessary for oxygen and nutrient supply after myocardial infarction,but reperfusion can lead to pathological sequelae and even serious myocardial injury.Mitochondrial autophagy plays a key role in mi⁃tochondrial damage.Mitochondrial damage occurs after myocardial cell damage.Mitochondrial autophagy can protect ischemic cardiomyocytes by promoting the degradation and recovery of damaged mitochondria for mitochondrial qual⁃ity control.This article reviewed the role of mitochondrial autophagy in regulating cardiac homeostasis,and reviews the recent advances in mitochondria and Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
